Hi, I’m Jeanette.

I’m fascinated by everything that makes a digital experience work. Visual design. Clear writing. Smart content strategy. Intuitive navigation. Thoughtful information architecture. Smooth onboarding. The invisible systems underneath that make everything feel effortless.

Looking back, it’s no surprise that I kept gravitating toward the structure behind the experience. Whether I was building blogs, ecommerce stores, online courses, or content platforms, I found myself happiest organizing information, planning content, simplifying navigation, and figuring out how all the pieces fit together.

Over more than a decade, I built and managed content-heavy sites with 600+ resources, 150,000 monthly visitors, and nearly 30,000 subscribers.

My background in visual design taught me about hierarchy, communication, and seeing the big picture. That experience also taught me that beautiful design isn’t enough if people can’t find what they need or understand what to do next.

Today, I’m focused on content strategy, information architecture, documentation, and knowledge systems. I love untangling complexity, organizing information into clear systems, and making things easier for people to navigate, understand, and use.
